While both the major consoles allow you to stream to Twitch without any extra work, they lack flexibility. BTW, something I forgot to mention in the Ripsaw review also, the way I measured (using loopback), even if there is next-to-zero latency i.e. I use the recording software to measure the screen, I will still get 1 frame of latency, simply because you can't record a screen before its contents appear, and then you can only update the result on the next refresh.
